We have been serving the citizens of Washington Township, Warren County since 1954.

Welcome to the Washington Township Fire Department

The entire department is staffed by volunteers who dedicate their time to the department and to the community. Our Fire Department operates with 2 Fire Engines, 1 Brush Truck, 1 Incident Command Vehicle, 1 Rescue Truck with Cascade and Light Tower, and 1 Water Tender. We operate two firehouses; one on Pleasant Valley Road, and the other on Washburn Avenue. We currently respond to over 300 Calls per year.

CO Alarms & Smoke Detectors

If you have a CO Alarm, Fire Alarm and/or Smoke Alarm activate in your residence or business, please immediately Dail 911 and report it. There is usually a reason the alarms activate. Ignoring them, could cause injury or even death to you or a loved one. Do not be afraid to Dial 911 for these alarms. We will come out and check your alarms/detectors and advise you what should be done. This is a public announcement, please share with your friends and family who may not be on our friends list to receive this message. Thank you all for your continued support and stay safe.
